Are you from Dallas, then? I grew up and lived there most of my life. Thank you, Bill for the like, and best wishes on your blog and all your endeavors.
Yes, I’ve been living in Dallas (or suburbs) for thirty years now. It’s actually a nice place to live, though I wouldn’t really want to visit. Thanks for the comment.
I would love to have a local glass building like that! That’s a good shot… guess I better not say “shot” when there’s a plane in the image. Great photograph!
Luckily (I guess) – Dallas has no shortage of mirrored skyscrapers. This one took about an hour – the planes were landing every five minutes or so but it took a while to get an orange one (the white planes didn’t look very good) right in the middle of the building.
I did think of the 9/11 implications of the image, but you have to move on. It’s only a photograph of what I was actually seeing.
You need to swim in the Manor House pool at night and watch the jets fly over. It’s really cool.
It’s A Neato Photo, Sir.
I Like It 🙂

Nice! I love the look of mirrored windows and love this shot.
