  1. Fabulous picture, Bill! What are your thoughts on agave? I actually have an entire recipe book that is focused on using agave rather than sugar etc. Do you think it’s a flash in the pan, or is this the next big thing that people are really going to get into? 🙂

    • Thanks! I’m not sure about Agave nectar as a sweetener – I’ve heard good things but never tried it. I’m not sure if it will be a “big” thing – though it might become a staple. The only negative I can think of is any Agave sugar used as is is that much that can’t be used to make Tequila – which is the best use for Agave, after all.

      • Oh no, I’m happy if it gets taken away from the Tequila – it seems like every time I drink that stuff I end up having ‘one of those nights’ and feeling really sick to my stomach! Ha ha!
